Job Summary
A company is looking for a Backoffice Agent (Sachbearbeiter Krankenkassen) for remote and flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system
- Create and manage customer orders from initiation to shipping and invoicing
- Collaborate with the sales team and ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
- Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes
- At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP are preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Bilingualism in German and English is advantageous
