Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backoffice Agent (Sachbearbeiter Krankenkassen) for remote and flexible work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system
  • Create and manage customer orders from initiation to shipping and invoicing
  • Collaborate with the sales team and ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes
  • At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Bilingualism in German and English is advantageous
