Job Summary
A company is looking for a SVP of Business Development to lead revenue growth and manage strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with company goals
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team while managing business development efforts across key partner types
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive sales forecasting and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Success, with at least five years in a leadership role in B2B healthcare
- Proven track record of closing key enterprise deals with health systems and payors
- Experience scaling sales at a startup from $10M to $30M+ ARR
- Strong leadership skills to oversee and motivate the sales team
- Experience developing growth strategies with executive teams
