Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions through multiple communication channels and provide information to resolve inquiries
  • Perform triage support services and escalate issues as necessary while adhering to quality standards
  • Document actions taken and ensure compliance with policies while addressing billing concerns and coordinating benefits
Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital or physical business office preferred
  • 1 year of call center experience with high call volumes and productivity expectations
  • 1 year of experience with medical revenue cycle processes
  • Knowledge of insurance collection follow-up and related documentation preferred
