Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through multiple communication channels and provide information to resolve inquiries
- Perform triage support services and escalate issues as necessary while adhering to quality standards
- Document actions taken and ensure compliance with policies while addressing billing concerns and coordinating benefits
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a hospital or physical business office preferred
- 1 year of call center experience with high call volumes and productivity expectations
- 1 year of experience with medical revenue cycle processes
- Knowledge of insurance collection follow-up and related documentation preferred
