Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to perform specialized collection work for clients to reduce outstanding accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate information in account history while maintaining confidentiality across multiple software systems
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and negotiate options for outstanding medical bills through inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborate with a virtual team to meet daily and monthly productivity goals related to calls and collections

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred experience in collections
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
