Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consult Coordinator-Healthcare (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
• Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and physicians for timely patient care
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and facilitate handoffs to Tier 2 IT support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
• Ability to learn software and systems quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
