Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial management and leadership, including policy development and collaboration with executive management
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead the accounting department, manage a team, and implement internal controls to safeguard assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in healthcare or insurance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, STAT, and healthcare-specific regulations
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
