Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Enrollment Specialists, ensuring performance and morale
  • Oversee the member enrollment process for accuracy and compliance, conducting quality assurance reviews
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to enrollment and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team
  • Technical proficiency in timecard management, quality assurance, and KPI analysis
  • Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and take initiative
  • Excellent attendance record with proactive planning of time off
