- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Enrollment Specialists, ensuring performance and morale
- Oversee the member enrollment process for accuracy and compliance, conducting quality assurance reviews
- Track and analyze KPIs related to enrollment and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team
- Technical proficiency in timecard management, quality assurance, and KPI analysis
- Strong conflict resolution and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and take initiative
- Excellent attendance record with proactive planning of time off
