Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Engagement Team Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ Engagement Specialists to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure the functionality of call center and CRM platforms, addressing operational challenges
  • Drive team performance metrics and support business objectives through data analysis


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing a call center or engagement team
  • Expertise with call center platforms and CRM software, preferably Five9 and Zoho
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and drive system efficiencies
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in team management
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
