Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Engagement Team Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 10+ Engagement Specialists to achieve performance targets
- Ensure the functionality of call center and CRM platforms, addressing operational challenges
- Drive team performance metrics and support business objectives through data analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing a call center or engagement team
- Expertise with call center platforms and CRM software, preferably Five9 and Zoho
- Proven ability to optimize processes and drive system efficiencies
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in team management
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
