Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Patient Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Patient Financial Services and oversee business processes related to the patient financial cycle
- Act as the primary billing contact for assigned hospital sites and ensure compliance with billing and collection regulations
- Develop departmental goals and manage projects to enhance the enterprise revenue cycle
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) is preferred
- Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and related patient accounts software is preferred
