Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Representative - Healthcare - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultancy on insurance and healthcare policies in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Investigate and adjudicate claim characteristics, responding to provider appeals and resolving issues with trading partners
  • Approve remedial actions for escalated claims and advise healthcare groups on various insurance-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in related fields
  • Office administrative experience and skills
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems
  • Ability to follow written policies and provide feedback to leadership
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
