Healthcare Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Director to lead complex healthcare technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall success of implementations for large, strategic clients
• Lead development and execution of implementation project plans to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Act as a strategic liaison between various teams to design and deploy product solutions that meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing senior project management, consulting, or operations role within healthcare technology
• Experience with large hospital systems and/or payers; expertise in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management, or EHR implementation
• Able to prioritize effectively across complex workstreams to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with client executive leaders
• Intellectual curiosity and a consistent desire to innovate and improve
