Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable promotional review process for marketing materials in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders
- Establish operational processes for investigating member outreach complaints and auditing outreach processes
- Manage marketing compliance training and contribute to the enhancement of the compliance program
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in promotional review compliance or legal operations related to marketing compliance in healthcare
- Substantive knowledge of regulatory matters related to healthcare and marketing
- Ability to work autonomously on significant projects from design to execution
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of compliance program elements such as policy development and risk assessment is a plus
