Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer letter preparation
• Lead recruitment initiatives and implement strategies to maximize candidate pools
• Manage 15-20 high-volume requisitions end-to-end and collaborate with management to ensure effective recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with ATS technology, specifically Greenhouse
• Experience with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Slack
• In-house, startup recruiting experience is essential
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
