High Volume Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter for a temporary, onsite assignment in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full cycle recruiting for high volume/call center hiring and other roles when call center classes are inactive
• Manage call center hiring plans and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure an efficient recruiting process
• Establish relationships with hiring managers and provide recommendations to improve the recruiting process effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma with at least 5 years of equivalent experience
• At least 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience, particularly in call center environments
• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruit
• Experience managing class size hiring targets and recruiter performance metrics
• Experience building candidate pipelines for high-volume classes
