Job Summary
A company is looking for a Homeowners Desk Adjuster (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages
- Partner with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation for optimal outcomes
- Handle investigations regarding homeowner first-party claims with discretion and independence
Required Qualifications
- Active adjuster's license and experience with property damage assessment and Xactimate
- Preferred 4-year Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of claims handling experience preferred
- Experience with insurance carriers is highly desirable
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
