Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Consultant - OTDI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to execute HR operations, offer solutions, and support employee engagement
• Provide consultation on a variety of HR matters delivered with alignment to university shared values
• Collaborate with leaders to effectively utilize Centers of Expertise (COEs) and support key HR initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of relevant experience
• 4-8 years of relevant experience desired
• Experience in a higher education setting
• Human resources certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
