HR Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for managing contracts and supporting HR-related tasks in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare labor contracts and manage employee onboarding processes
- Administer employee relations programs and support managers with labor law issues
- Generate HR reports and assist with payroll and recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- German language proficiency at CEFR B2+ level
- Experience working in Germany and startups
- Self-starter with strategic thinking abilities
