Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Process Innovation Architect (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Interface between functional users and technical resources to gather and communicate requirements
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies for business processes
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing HR systems and coordinate testing for technology implementations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or related functions
- 2+ years of experience in corporate program management or technology project leadership
- 2+ years of experience in Workday or similar cloud-based HR software
- Certification in a recognized continuous improvement methodology preferred
