Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates and coordinate interviews for various roles, providing support for mid- to senior-level recruiting as needed
  • Manage leave requests and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the leave management vendor
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection
  • Knowledge of FMLA, state-specific leave programs, and relevant employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS and/or ATS; Workday experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements and employment regulations
