Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and analyze complex employee relations issues
- Manage leaves and accommodations requests while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of human resources experience, specifically in HR compliance and employee relations
- 3+ years of leadership experience in managing projects or teams
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
