Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance and attendance management
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and analyze complex employee relations issues
• Manage leaves and accommodations requests while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four years of equivalent experience
• 5+ years of human resources experience, specifically in HR compliance and employee relations
• 3+ years of leadership experience in managing projects or teams
• Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
