HVAC Technical Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HVAC Field Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training courses for customers and technical employees on HVAC products
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and resolve customer needs
- Update training materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; two-year college degree or HVAC degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant training experience and technical experience
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC products and diagnostic techniques
- Ability to apply learning theories in classroom settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leading WebEx meetings
