A company is looking for an Asbestos Litigation Attorney (Defense) - Remote - Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and defend asbestos-related lawsuits from inception through resolution
- Provide legal counsel and strategy for clients in the asbestos industry
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Bar License
- 3+ years of experience in asbestos litigation, preferably on the defense side
- Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and case law
- Ability to work independently and remotely
