Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to handle day-to-day immigration requests and provide support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare verification of employment letters and review work authorization documents
• Partner with outside counsel to manage non-immigrant visas and PERM labor certification cases
• Track visa expiration dates and serve as a point of contact for immigration-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience with immigration matters
• Experience in the IT industry preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
