Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support clients with the planning, design, build, and implementation of Student Engagement Suite products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers during all phases of client implementations, including project initiation, training, and go live planning
  • Independently lead implementation projects and maintain an in-depth understanding of product features and processes
  • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and provide hands-on support for project onboarding tasks
Required Qualifications
  • University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in Higher Education
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Project Management experience is an asset
