Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates onboarding and development services for customers, ensuring end-to-end readiness of implemented solutions
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to onboard dealer data and provides technical support to internal teams
- Monitors customer activity during the application integration development cycle to support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Experience with databases, data analysis, and report creation for decision-making
- Proficiency in using SQL for data access and MS Excel for data manipulation
- Experience with JIRA for defect submission and tracking product changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Preferred bachelor's degree in management information systems or related experience
