• Participate in a managed services team responsible for end-to-end service and innovation

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and certification in Infor v11 (Finance or SCM)
• Proven track record with system implementations and break-fix support in large healthcare settings
• Experience translating complex technical issues into clear solutions for operational stakeholders
• Expertise in reporting, KPI development, and best-practice advisories
• Self-starter with a strong client-service mindset
