Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Informatics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts for HEDIS and/or Medicare Stars reporting and analytics
• Manage high-priority analytic and reporting initiatives across clinical and administrative data sources
• Provide consultative insights and drive innovation in scalable analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training or instructor-based roles
• Demonstrated leadership in managing a team and overseeing analytics deliverables
• 2+ years of SAS programming experience preferred (SQL or other tools considered)
• Expertise in HEDIS and/or Medicare Stars programs
• Proven ability to translate data trends into clear strategic recommendations
