Information Systems Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join their Cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal advisor on all matters involving the cybersecurity of assigned information systems
• Develop, implement, and evaluate information system security program policy consistent with regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and monitor the effectiveness of security controls

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks such as JSIG, NIST 800-171, and ITAR
• Experience with risk assessments, security control implementation, and incident investigation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
