Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain educational design standards for various products and training purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize developmental design thinking principles to solve user experience issues and establish working solutions
• Build eLearning courses using a rapid authoring tool and create engaging training programs at scale
• Partner with content and skills experts to align company priorities and ensure standards are met during production

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing
• 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• A strong design portfolio showcasing original learning products with HTML5 or other development languages/environments
• Experience creating complex eLearning courses with Evolve or Articulate 360
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Rapid Release, and storyboarding
