Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Instructional Designer (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for various training formats
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments that align with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in training transformation projects is preferred
