Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructor, Power Skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop instructional materials and conduct engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
- Provide one-to-one virtual coaching and support to students, facilitating peer collaboration
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through participation in faculty development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a business discipline, preferably communications or design
- 2-3 years of experience in student support in higher education, preferably online
- Experience in developing collaborative skills with diverse student profiles
- Ability to work a student-friendly schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to students
