Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls for insurance quotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
• Ask qualifying questions to connect callers with suitable insurance companies
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while handling a high volume of calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of Call Center experience (Customer Service and/or Sales)
• Prior experience in outbound telemarketing preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and be technically savvy for remote work
• Strong work ethic and integrity with excellent attendance
