Insurance Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and processes
- Assist customers and agents with inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
- Research, process, and resolve moderately complex inquiries within established guidelines
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Two years of college or equivalent business experience
- Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred
- Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer License and Non-Resident License within six months of hire
