Job Summary

A company is looking for an Int Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor new business submissions, answer post-sale questions, and manage issues through to resolution
  • Provide superior service to advisors through inbound calls and emails, maintaining ownership and follow-through
  • Communicate with agents to obtain supplemental information, explain requirements, and provide updates on pending business

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
  • One year of financial services operations or related industry experience
  • PC skills for data entry, documentation, and navigation within multiple systems
  • Proficiency using MS Office
  • Knowledge of life and/or annuity products/operations preferred
