Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Review Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations of Clinical Services and conduct clinical assessments for medication therapy
- Communicate clinical review decisions to pharmacies and providers while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with patient or provider requests and provide mentorship to the Data Entry Specialist team
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of relevant experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Must obtain Iowa Board of Pharmacy certification within 30 days and CPhT certification within 90 days of employment
- Must have a designated secure workplace for remote work
