Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Governance Contract & Compliance Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Document decisions, issues, and actions during monthly management meetings regarding contract adjustments
- Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to obligations and provide transition support to teams
- Review and process all contractual agreements for completeness and compliance, and assist in contract lifecycle management
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in management or related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and MS 365 Tools and Apps
- Knowledge of health information technology operations in provider organizations
- Understanding of IT Governance roles and contract management processes
