IT Lead Analyst - Software QA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Lead Analyst - Software QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis, testing, and defect tracking for software development projects
• Mentor and provide guidance to onshore and offshore testing team members
• Lead efforts in developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of hands-on software testing experience, including leading teams
• Thorough understanding of all phases of the SDLC in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing in Cloud or Hybrid environments
• Proficient in writing test cases and executing tests in an Agile environment
