Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, IT Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive business priorities and project deliverables in alignment with business scope
- Optimize and orchestrate the internal portfolio management process, ensuring smooth flow of Epics
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and value acceptance criteria are well defined
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in IT product management or related field, with at least 6 years in a supervisory role
- Advanced leadership traits with demonstrated success in partnering with business SMEs and leadership
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
- Experience leading projects of varying complexity
