Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Real Estate Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of real estate programs, including site acquisitions and facility optimization
- Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations and identify potential risks related to real estate projects
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate programs
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP are preferred
- Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating international markets is preferred
