Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Professional I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide over-the-phone IT technical support for desktop applications, network troubleshooting, and clinical application support
- Utilize IT tools to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues while ensuring maximum customer service
- Log and document troubleshooting steps and solutions in accordance with knowledgebase practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma / GED and one year certification from college or technical school or at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of computer, printer, and network troubleshooting and installation procedures
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft products
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
