Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a global team of IT Support Specialists
  • Develop and implement IT Support policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Respond to help desk tickets and act as a point of escalation for the IT Support team
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive information technology experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technology leadership position
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows and macOS support in a mid or large-scale environment
  • Experience with Office 365 administration
  • Experience working with common SSO solutions such as Okta, OneLogin, or similar
