Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist II, IT Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for IT requests and challenges, communicating effectively with a remote workforce
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, documenting work in ITSM tools
- Provide aid and training for Tier 1 technicians and contribute to project work while balancing conventional tasks
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technology-related subject or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
- Training in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience with technology and troubleshooting
- Related IT certifications are desirable
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred
