Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist II, IT Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for IT requests and challenges, communicating effectively with a remote workforce
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, documenting work in ITSM tools
  • Provide aid and training for Tier 1 technicians and contribute to project work while balancing conventional tasks


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a technology-related subject or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Training in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience with technology and troubleshooting
  • Related IT certifications are desirable
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred
