ITIL Certified Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst, IT Service Management (ITSM).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and deliver ITSM solutions using best practices and tools
- Manage configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ITSM applications
- Drive the design and continuous improvement of ITSM processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an ITSM Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven experience with ITSM platforms, preferably Ivanti or similar solutions
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification preferred
- Experience designing and implementing ITSM processes
