Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITIL Incident Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to reported service incidents, prioritize incidents, and coordinate incident management process
  • Produce incident protocols, log incidents for analysis, and communicate major issues to upper management
  • Coordinate with Change and Problem management functions, adjust incident management process as needed, and oversee incident resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • United States Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field, or High School Diploma with 12 years of Service Management experience
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience in Service Management, ITIL Certification, and strong knowledge of IT service management software
  • Experience in customer communications, documentation, and understanding of workflow management in a matrix environment
