Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules and implement Cloud Infrastructure Governance
• Architect AIOps solutions and develop self-healing automation
• Build REST/SOAP APIs and automate workflows using ServiceNow tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery and Event Management
• Knowledge of AIOps and Machine Learning for incident correlation and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with integration of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
• Familiarity with developing custom dashboards for operational intelligence
