ITSM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Analyst responsible for the Configuration Management process related to cloud transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture requirements from the cloud team, application owners, and ITSM
• Implement CMDB data model to meet new requirements and understand the interaction of vulnerability data with cloud CIs
• Validate existing CI data quality and dependency mappings as applications migrate to the cloud

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Configuration Management
• Experience with Cloud Configuration Management using ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes
• Familiarity with dependency mapping in cloud environments
• Understanding of cloud production readiness, including testing and validation
