Job Summary
A company is looking for an ITSM Knowledge and Collaboration Engineer to support their State and Local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the ITSM (ServiceNow) platform to promote knowledge management and collaboration
- Design and support the implementation of service catalog workflows and enhance the ITSM platform
- Develop knowledge platform strategies and gather business requirements from leadership and end users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management
- Experience with Knowledge Management and Service Catalog
- Project coordination experience
- Experience in requirements gathering
