Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Knowledge and Collaboration Engineer to support their State and Local team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the ITSM (ServiceNow) platform to promote knowledge management and collaboration
  • Design and support the implementation of service catalog workflows and enhance the ITSM platform
  • Develop knowledge platform strategies and gather business requirements from leadership and end users
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management
  • Experience with Knowledge Management and Service Catalog
  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience in requirements gathering
