Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Network Support Specialist (Journeyman).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to maintain secure and available systems following DoD cybersecurity policies
- Offer guidance in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software
- Deliver Tier 1, 2, and 3 level technical support to the AvMC Enterprise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Eight (8) years of prior experience in a similar role
- DoD 8570 Level II/III certification
- US Secret Clearance
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
