Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to drive marketing project execution with a focus on Wrike usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are met
- Serve as the Wrike power user, building effective workflows, templates, and task structures to optimize team efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and establish clear next steps
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or SaaS/sales organization
- Proven experience managing projects using Wrike; experience with Workfront or other PM tools is a plus
- Able to create project templates, frameworks, or documentation that improve team workflows
- Collaborative and confident in driving conversations and decisions
- Proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments
