Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Home Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support home management and maintenance for a portfolio of homes in Napa
- Act as a local liaison with neighbors, vendors, and partners
- Ensure homes are clean and well-maintained for every stay
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented role, property management or hospitality operations preferred
- Ability to learn new systems, technology, and software quickly
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends
- Basic handiness with simple tools and technical aptitude with basic home systems
- Reside in or live within commuting distance of Napa, California
